When I enter a room, I can almost feel the energy flowing through it. Just like different environments affect our living conditions, the aesthetics of a refined space or an interior can affect the people living inside it. Living a holistic lifestyle means you are choosing to live holistically through your body, mind, and soul. According to an article called “HOLISTIC LIVING: The Journey To A Full & Balanced Life,” living a holistic life means “looking at the self as a whole being, instead of compartmentalizing. It acknowledges the interconnections of the various facets of health – mainly physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.” Meaning that when we take a look at our life from a distance, we will notice that all the different aspects of our life overlap one another and influence how it’s ultimately shaped. This is why I believe in holistic living designs and home decor. When working on a project, I take every detail into careful consideration, including the people occupying the space, the colors, the furnishings, the patterns, the textures, the decor, and more.
